Design, supply of equipment, installation, and commissioning of the Home Automation system in the IFC Residential Tower.
The IFC Residential and Office Tower includes:
- 22 floors and 125 residential units
- 22 floors and 175 office units
These two towers share an independent plant room and 4 commercial floors, which are controlled, recorded, and monitored through the Building Management System (BMS) in the room containing all mechanical and electrical installations.
