The scope of work includes:

• Control and Monitoring System for Air Handling Units: This involves supplying control valves (three-way valves), all necessary instrumentation and controllers, along with the required modules.
• Control and Monitoring System for the Central Boiler Room: This system covers all pumps, boilers, and water storage tanks, among other components.
• Control and Monitoring System for All Lighting: Includes integration with the Building Management System (BMS).
• Surveillance System: Includes the supply and installation of monitoring systems for cameras and the central server room for the entire facility.
• Central Control and Monitoring Software: Installed in the control room to monitor and manage all electrical and mechanical parameters of the facility.

This large complex is designed in 7 floors. The first two floors are underground covered parking, and the next three floors (ground, first, and second) include shopping centers (Hyper Star), retail units, an art gallery, and more. The third and fourth floors include a cinema complex (8 cinema halls), an international conference center, a food court and restaurants, a museum, an amusement park, a university complex, and service centers.

A Building Management System (BMS) refers to a set of equipment and control methods that use various devices to control and monitor the mechanical and electrical equipment of a building, including ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, security systems like access control and CCTV, safety systems like fire alarms, and more.
