Prestigeland 5-Star Hotel in Iran, adhering to all international standards for a 7-star hotel, spans 22 floors cover an area of approximately 62,500 m². The hotel features 322 uniquely designed standard rooms. Prestigeland is equipped with a Smart Hotel Management System (GRMS) and a Building Management System (BMS) for the control, recording, and monitoring of all mechanical and electrical installations.
